I don't have ANY other direct contact outside of email. If you would like to contact me, please email me at email@example.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours. If you contact me on my off day, you will receive a response the next business day.
A deposit of $30 is required to book. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are only transferable if you reschedule MORE THAN 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. This deposit goes towards your balance due for your service.
If you need to cancel your appointment, make sure it's 24 hours BEFORE your appointment time. Otherwise you will lose your deposit and be charged 50% of the balance due for your appointment. You can cancel your appointment through the initial appointment confirmation email you received after booking.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, make sure its at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you decide to reschedule after the 24 hour grace period, you will lose your deposit and be required to pay another one in order to book again.
No Call/No Show Policy:
If you aren't able to make it to your appointment, please be considerate of my time and let me know you will not be showing up. If you don't contact me, you will considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW and will be charged the remainder of your service balance and be banned from booking on my booking site.
If you fail to show up for your appointment after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled or drastically downgraded to ensure the client after you is not affected. 911 Appointments cannot be late under any circumstances and will lose all payments made.
Extra Guests & Adults Only Policy:
My salon space is very limited, so please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment.
I accept all major credit cards, cash app, and cash. If you are paying with cash, please bring the exact amount as change may not always be available.
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
